My oldest son Bryton and I traveled to Lawrenceburg, Indiana (just outside Cincinnati) to compete in our very first Spartan Race together. Now, I’ve never been much of a fitness guy—but I’ve gotta say, that race turned out to be one of the most rewarding and special memories I’ve made with my son. Honestly, it’s the kind of milestone I may repeat with each of my kids as they reach their teenage years.
